An Honest Man, a Family Business, and Exceptional Work I found MM Customs through a Google search and chose them based on their reviews — and I’m so glad I did. From the very first phone call, Daniel answered personally and I immediately felt I was dealing with someone honest and genuine. That first impression never wavered. My car was damaged after an accident and was not safe to drive. Daniel came to my house, inspected it on the spot, we shook hands, and he took it to his shop. That kind of old-school, personal service is rare. Throughout the entire process, Daniel stayed in close communication with me and with the insurance company. He knew the adjuster, helped move the approval process along, and made sure the final estimate covered everything properly. I didn’t spend a single dime out of pocket, and my car came back looking brand new. What really stood out was his character. Daniel and his team did an awesome job on my car. My bumper was literally hanging off. I went to get an estimate and Daniel put tape on my bumper to hold it up until I brought my car in to get it fixed. He didn’t have to do that, so I thought that was great customer service. I got my car back in 1.5 days and my car looked amazing. I would highly recommend. Very professional, nice, and speedy. I will be using M&M Customs for all of my car needs moving forward.

My BMW was towed to M&M on Thursday and Daniel has been in tight communication with me and also arranged a virtual inspection of my car with my insurance company on Monday. My experience with M&M is 5-stars. I can’t wait until the finished work on my car.

Absolutely outstanding. When I brought it to M&M they were very straightforward and thorough. They are very meticulous and went over absolutely everything. The paint quality is perfect, no orange peel or any defects. Every single problem was fixed to a high level, abs module was rotated in the accident, they pulled it out. The whole front end was replaced with oem parts. (This was a 15k job. Every other shop I talked to wanted to total it and make quick money. I visited about 5 shops and called many more before giving M&M a chance. The tow truck driver knew all the shops and immediately complemented M&M and said they are the best.) I've been driving it for a month with no issues. Every screw or nut is brand new and tightened properly. I changed my oil and looked under the car. Inner fender liners were replaced and no screws missing or stripped. %100 oem level job. Same for everything else I've looked at, fans, hood latch, grill, splash guard, etc. Daniel is capable of helping both the average Joe and doing porschephile level perfectionist work with a smile.
